How the apps we operate behave
Lovino
AI image and video generation. Type a prompt, pick a model, get the result.
Lovino uses automated checks on prompts, uploads and results. It aims to block sexual content, sexual content involving minors, nudity and undress edits, and graphic violence. Repeat attempts may lead to warnings, suspension or a ban. These checks can miss things, and we look into reports. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities as the law requires, such as Hotline.ie and An Garda Síochána in Ireland.

AI detection that shows its work: flagged passages, the signal that decided, and a confidence range.
hiy.ai
An AI twin that answers your audience in your voice, cites its sources, and says “I don’t know” instead of guessing.
The models we use
We use models from several providers and choose what fits each task. Each app names the AI providers it uses in its own privacy policy.

Your data and model training

- We don’t use your content to train our own models without your consent. See Lovino’s privacy policy.
- sighting.ai
- Uploaded images and video are deleted after analysis. The report and a short fingerprint (hash) of the file are kept. We don’t use your content to train our own models without your consent.
- hiy.ai
- Its privacy policy says your content trains your own agent only, never a shared model or another creator’s agent. It also says it does not sell data.
When an app sends content to an AI provider, that provider’s business terms apply. For client work, our agreement with you sets out how we use your data. We don’t use client data to train shared models without your agreement.
Safety and misuse

Being clear about AI
Lovino: free-plan images carry a visible Lovino watermark. Lovino also labels the files it makes “Made with AI” in their metadata, though other tools can remove labels like these. Its terms tell you not to present AI images as photographs without saying so.
hiy.ai: every agent is labelled as AI on every surface, including embeds, on every plan. Agents are set up to say they are an AI when asked.
sighting.ai: it reads AI labels such as C2PA content credentials in what you submit. It does not add any.
People in control
When we build agents for clients, we design them so a person can step in where it matters.
In hiy.ai, messages about self-harm or minors are stopped before any AI model sees them and handed to a person. This cannot be turned off. Creators can also choose to hand off attempts to break the agent’s rules. A result from sighting.ai is evidence, not a verdict. A person should make the final call on anything important.
