Where we use generative AI
- Lovino. AI image and video generation. Type a prompt, pick a model, get the result.
- sighting.ai. AI detection that shows its work: flagged passages, the signal that decided, and a confidence range.
- hiy.ai. An AI twin that answers your audience in your voice, cites its sources, and says “I don’t know” instead of guessing.
sighting.ai detects AI content. It does not generate images, video or text. hiy.ai produces text only, not images or video.
Each app’s own policies
This page covers Foldox Limited as a company. Each app we operate also has its own terms and policies on its own website. When you use an app, its own terms and policies apply, and they take priority over this page where the two differ.
What our AI must not produce
- Sexual content involving children.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexual deepfakes of real people.
- Deceptive fakes of real people or events.
- Hate and harassment.
- Violent extremism.
- Content that encourages self-harm.
- Instructions for serious harm.
The full rules are in our acceptable use policy.
How we try to prevent it
- Lovino: prompts and uploaded images are checked automatically, and generated images are checked again. It aims to block sexual content, sexual content involving minors, nudity and undress edits, and graphic violence.
- sighting.ai: it only analyses content and makes none. It has no public gallery. Uploaded images and video go to private storage and are deleted after analysis. Analysis reports are private.
- hiy.ai: messages about self-harm or minors are stopped before any AI model sees them and passed to a human. Public twins are checked for identity before anyone can reach them.
No filter catches everything, so your reports matter.
How we label AI content
- Lovino: images made on the free plan carry a visible Lovino watermark. Lovino also adds a hidden “Made with AI” label to the metadata of the files it makes. Other tools can remove labels like these.
- sighting.ai: it makes no content, so it adds no labels.
- hiy.ai: every twin is labelled as AI on every surface, including embeds, and this can’t be removed.
Report AI content
In the app:
- Lovino: on the web, use Report in the ••• menu on a template card. In the Lovino app, when it is available, Report is in the ••• menu of a creation.
- hiy.ai: every twin page has a Report link.
You can also email the product: Lovino at support@lovino.ai, sighting.ai at support@sighting.ai, hiy.ai at hello@hiy.ai.
By email to us: safety@foldox.com. Please include:
- The product.
- A link, content ID or screenshot, and the prompt if you have it.
- Why you think it is harmful or illegal.
- Your name and email. You don’t need these for child abuse reports.
- A statement that your report is accurate and made in good faith.
For child abuse, see child safety. For copyright, see copyright and takedown.
What happens after you report
We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days, and we handle child sexual abuse reports first. Then we look into the report. We may remove the content, block similar prompts, act on the account, and report to the authorities where the law requires. Where appropriate and lawful, we tell the person whose content we removed.
Appeals
If you think we got it wrong, reply to our email or write to contact@foldox.com and we’ll take another look.
AI can be wrong
Output can be inaccurate or biased, so check anything important. hiy.ai is designed to cite its sources and to say “I don’t know” rather than guess, but it can still get things wrong. sighting.ai shows a confidence range, which is evidence, not proof. A person should make the final call on anything important.
Training and AI providers
We don’t use your content to train our own models without your consent. Each app names the AI providers it uses in its own privacy policy: Lovino, sighting.ai and hiy.ai. When an app sends content to an AI provider, that provider’s business terms apply.
