Delete it yourself
Lovino
- On the web, sign in and open Settings, then Data and privacy, then Danger zone.
- Choose Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.
- Cannot sign in? Use Lovino’s deletion page or email support@lovino.ai.
sighting.ai
The Delete Account button in sighting.ai settings is switched off for now. Ask by email.
- Email privacy@sighting.ai from the email address on your account.
- sighting.ai then deletes the account and the data linked to it.
hiy.ai
- Sign in and open Settings, then Data & privacy.
- Choose the option to delete your account and type “delete” to confirm.
- It happens at once and cannot be undone. If you want a copy first, use Export my data on the same page.
Ask us to delete it
You don’t need to sign in.
- Email contact@foldox.com from the email address on your account.
- Say which product, and whether you want the whole account deleted or only some data.
- We may ask you to confirm from that address, so no one else can delete your account.
We aim to reply as soon as we reasonably can, and within one month as the GDPR requires. If a request is complex, the law allows up to two more months, and we will tell you if we need them.

How long deletion takes
- Lovino
- Your account data is deleted when you confirm. Stored files are removed soon after, and any removal that fails is retried automatically.
- sighting.ai
- Its terms say your data is deleted within 30 days when an account ends.
- hiy.ai
- At once, when you confirm in Settings.
What we delete
Your account and the personal data linked to it, except what we keep for the reasons in the next section.
- Lovino
- Your account and profile, your Library and uploads, your Iris chats and your saved settings. The full list is on Lovino’s deletion page. Photos you give a tool are deleted within 24 hours of upload anyway.
- sighting.ai
- The account and the data linked to it.
- hiy.ai
- Your profile, agents, sources, conversations, analytics and organisation. Any live paid subscription is cancelled first, with no refund of unused time, except where the law requires.
What we keep, and for how long
We keep some data after deletion, for the reasons below.
- Payment records
- We keep payment records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Lovino keeps its payment and credit records in anonymised form.
- Backups
- Deleted data can remain in backups for a limited time before they’re overwritten.
- hiy.ai agent addresses
- The address (handle) of a deleted agent is held for 90 days, so nobody else can take over your saved links.
- Safety records
- Records of safety reports and rule-breaking are kept for as long as needed to handle the report, stop banned users coming back, and meet our legal duties.
- Anonymous statistics
- We may keep information that no longer identifies you.
Delete some data, keep your account
Lovino: delete files you saved in your Library yourself. They stay until you delete them or delete your account.
sighting.ai: delete a single report, or clear your whole history.
hiy.ai: delete a single agent by typing its name, or remove one person from your People list.

Subscriptions
If you bought a subscription through the App Store or Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel it. Cancel it there first. See our subscriptions and refunds page.
To be safe, cancel any web subscription before you delete your account too. Deleting a Lovino or hiy.ai account is also set up to cancel its web subscription. sighting.ai does not sell paid plans today.
Each app’s own policies
This page covers Foldox Limited as a company. Each app we operate also has its own terms and policies on its own website. When you use an app, its own terms and policies apply, and they take priority over this page where the two differ.
