Our standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)
These standards apply to Lovino, sighting.ai and hiy.ai. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. This covers:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including AI-made, drawn or edited images.
- Sexualising minors.
- Grooming or soliciting minors.
- Sextortion.
- Trafficking.
The standards apply to prompts, uploads, generated output, messages and twins.
Who can use the apps we operate
- Lovino: you must be at least 16.
- sighting.ai: you must be at least 16.
- hiy.ai: you must be at least 16.
How we prevent it
- Lovino: prompts and images are checked automatically for sexual content involving minors. A serious match may lead to an immediate, permanent ban.
- sighting.ai: it only analyses content and does not make images, video or text. It has no public gallery. Uploaded images and video are deleted after analysis.
- hiy.ai: messages about minors are stopped before any AI model sees them and passed to a human. It makes text only.
No filter catches everything, so please report what you see.
How to report
In the app:
- Lovino: on the web, use Report in the ••• menu on a template card. In the Lovino app, when it is available, Report is in the ••• menu of a creation. You can also email safety@foldox.com.
- hiy.ai: every twin page has a Report link. You can also email safety@foldox.com.
By email: safety@foldox.com. We aim to acknowledge reports within two working days, and we handle child sexual abuse reports first. You don’t have to give your name. Don’t send us the images themselves. Tell us where they are, such as a link, content ID or username.
You can also report to Hotline.ie in Ireland or the NCMEC CyberTipline in the US. If a child is in immediate danger, call 999 or 112 in Ireland, or your local emergency number.
What we do
When we find child sexual abuse material, we remove it and may close the accounts that shared it. We keep what the law requires for investigators. We report child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities as the law requires, such as Hotline.ie and An Garda Síochána in Ireland, and we work with law enforcement as the law requires.
Laws we follow
We follow the child safety laws that apply to us, including the law in Ireland.

Each app’s own policies
