Who owns what you make
Each app’s own terms explain the rights in your uploads and in AI output.
- Lovino terms
- hiy.ai terms. You keep ownership of the content you add.
- sighting.ai terms
Each app’s own policies
This page covers Foldox Limited as a company. Each app we operate also has its own terms and policies on its own website. When you use an app, its own terms and policies apply, and they take priority over this page where the two differ.
Send a takedown notice
If the material is in one app, you can also use that app’s own route. Lovino has a copyright page and takes notices at support@lovino.ai. On hiy.ai, use the Report link on the twin page or email hello@hiy.ai. For sighting.ai, email support@sighting.ai. Or use our details below.
Email contact@foldox.com, or write to our registered office: Cois Glaisin Court, Navan, Co. Meath, Ireland. Please include:
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
- The work you own, or a link to it.
- Where the material is in the app (link, share link or content ID), so we can find it.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed by the owner, their agent or the law.
- A statement that your notice is accurate, and that you own the right or may act for the owner.
- Your signature. A typed full name is fine.
What happens next
We review the notice. If it is complete and valid, we may remove or block the material. Where appropriate and lawful, we tell the person who posted it, and we may give them a copy of your notice. We may ask for more details, or refuse notices that are incomplete or abusive. We act on valid notices as soon as we reasonably can. We are based in Ireland and handle notices under EU and Irish law.
If your content was removed
Send a counter-notice to contact@foldox.com. Please include:
- The material that was removed and where it was.
- A statement that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you agree we may give a copy of your counter-notice to the person who complained.
- Your signature. A typed full name is fine.
We may restore content if the person who complained doesn’t take the matter further. Nothing on this page limits rights you have under law.
Repeat infringers
We may close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
